Zac is the best! We needed Special Event insurance on a very quick timeline to secure a wedding venue. Because of the time crunch, Zac recommended a 3rd party service that would coordinate with my expedited schedule. Zac had the patience to sit on the phone while I filled out paperwork step-by-step. Even after, Zac took time to review the 3rd party’s documents and explain each aspect in a digestible format for someone who is illiterate when it comes to insurance policies. I am so grateful for Zac for calming the nerves of my bridal panic and allowing me to take up his Friday afternoon to assist in the process. Thank you for being so personal and willing to do the work because you wanted to help, not because of money. I hope to work with Mountain States in the future.

Everyone is great and friendly. They make it really easy to get into a policy that I want and can afford. Their laminator sucks but other than that it was great.
