He patiently walked me through all my options and there was nothing hidden or a surprise when I got my policy set up. Later, I added my automobile. Matt saved me money with better coverage than I had prior. He's always prompt in replying to any questions that I have. I have had the worst experience with Mountain States Insurance Group and I would NOT recommend them. I have had issues with both my car and business insurance policies and I am now having to fight with Jennifer daily to try and get someone to make this right. My account was not properly set up and we are being blamed for it when we were personally never notified about any of it until we tried to cancel and then all of a sudden we actually owed for a business insurance policy that we did not even know we had. We tried to set up a business insurance policy when we got car insurance and I was told that it all went through and was set up. After the first payment was withdrawn I noticed that it was not the full amount and that the business insurance never came out- I immediately reached out to
