The insurance Agent was awesome.The experience helping me through my wreck was amazing. But the monthly premium going up after my first wreck of my life is unacceptable. It goes against the very premise of Insurance. A claim isn't supposed to be a loan we pay back with interst. Otherwise what are we paying all our lives for? To fund mansions for insurance CEOs?
They worked very hard to find the best coverage and price for me . Customer service is A+.
