I went to this place because I wanted to do business locally. I was more than happy to do business with the man and explained that I wanted to pay in full at that time (for tax purposes) and was told that he was having a problem with the company software and that he would “make it work”. We shook hands and I left. I then got an invoice in the mail for quarterly payments from the corporate office. After contacting them, Monty contacted me, apologizing for “dropping the ball”, and if I provided documentation showing that I was insured elsewhere, the issue would be resolved. I provided the documentation and received a letter from their lawyers demanding payment. This will probably end up in court because I refuse to be taken advantage of or bullied. Look elsewhere for your insurance provider.

My mother was insured with Erie via Monty Insurance Solutions. She died in December 2020. Mr. Monty is aware that she is deceased. Today I received auto policy renewal papers for my mother. Seriously, do not use this agency for your insurance needs. Dropping the ball or ignoring you is the most likely outcome of any interaction you have.

This is the first insurance company that I have had that actually listens to, helps, understands the needs of their customers. Will be staying with him for the fore see able future. Keep up the great work.
