I had one great experience at State Farm. They were so nice to me. They worked with me. They did everything possible to explain. Every little detail. State Farm in Columbia is one of the best places to go to for insurance doesn’t matter what kind of insurance they go beyond their ability to try to get you what you need And soon as you walk through the door, they greet you with smiles so far I have brought three people to State Farm and they all got insurance with them because they’re so nice. I recommend everybody go to State Farm because they’re not there just to take your money. They’re there to help you and they help you beyond what other people can Do. I had quotes to other people and all they wanna do is take your money take take take take take State Farm is like family they listen to

I use to absolutely ADORE this office when it was the previous owner. They treated me like family and I personally knew many of the employees that worked there, I was a state farm die hard for the last 12 years. That all changed when I purchased my first home. Statefarm was happy to offer me a home owners policy, but 3 months after the home purchase they had said that they could no longer offer me a home owners policy. The whole thing has been so frustrating that they are able to pull the rug out from under you like that. Overall though, I ended up getting better pricing from the new company I ended up going with anyway. So to all my columbia locals, this place isn't like it use to be, and make sure you are getting multiple quotes. I wouldn't had known i could get better pricing elsewhere

Very nice and helpful. I fix and flip cars so I'm not the average policy. I know cars but insurance is Latin to me. They made everything very easy and understandable for me. Wasn't my cheapest option but don't regret my decision at all. More than happy to pay a little more to have a personal relationship with a company than one that I'm just a policy number. You have to have insurance but you get to choose your experience. Thank you guys so much.
