I backed into my coworkers brand new car, as we left work tonight. It's after 5 on a Friday but because I have been with my insurance agent for long enough to know that they have phenomenal customer service, I speed dial them! Matt at Monadnock Insurance, not only cheerfully answers but when the call gets disconnected, HE CALLS ME BACK! Seriously, SO grateful for an amazing Insurance company who answers the phone, files the claim, offers to call a rental for me, and googles how to get my car to bypass the security keeping it from starting after the accident.
