Lee is awesome and always very helpful! He offered me different options when I was shopping for insurance and explained the different plans and companies! Anytime I have a question or need to make changes to our policies he is always very quick to respond and handles the change on our behalf! It is very nice to have someone who is willing to represent us and work with the insurance companies so that we do not have to! I was recently involved in a accident that was not my fault and Lee was beside me every step of the way, ensuring I was put into a rental in a timely manner despite the fact that the at fault party gave wrong insurance information to the police. Highly recommend!!!

BUYER BEWARE: In my personal experience and opinion, Lee Kelling provided me with one of the worst insurance agent customer service I've ever experienced. Prior to hiring a contractor that was insured with Lee's agency, I contacted Lee to verify that the contractor was covered and Lee acknowledged that the contractor had coverage. I later found that the contractor had no coverage and was working at my home. I immediately had the contractor leave due to no insurance in which the contractor claimed he didn't know. I contacted Lee Kelling via phone and email asking him why he stated there was coverage when he knew there wasn't any. Needless to say he never responded to any of my emails or phone calls. It took me having to another person (Michelle) with his company that had to reach out

Insurance is 3-way street. 1)You, the customer, 2) the Carrier, and 3) the Agent. You have to take responsibility for your insurance coverage and Lee Kelling of Modern Insurance helps you do that. I would recommend Lee's experience and promptness to anyone seeking Home, Auto, Commercial, or Farm coverage. He has the experience and the know how to get you covered the right way.

Lee is always willing to help and patient with any questions we may have. When renewal comes will check for the best policies out there if we ask him.
