Mobile Home - RV Insurance

I thought the insurance company had taken out a double payment (I started with one bank account and then switched). So I called Jerry up and he got on it right away and called the main insurance office contacts. When he called me back it was only then that I realized that it was my mistake, that I had done a Zelle transfer from one bank account to the other bank account. I was pretty embarrassed about my mistake but Jerry was very kind and understanding even though he had to spend time investigating this. Thanks Jerry!

The most experienced knowledgeable agent I have had yet. Great follow-up skills. We had some disconnect in the beginning but that was on both parts but man when we got too talking an got on the same level it was great! He takes pride in his customer base for sure. Just talking with him knowing we we're doing things all online-which is hard for some customers because that's really changed since 2020 especially when it's come to insurance Jerry made this experience wonderful an very trusting to put my life in his hands.
