My experience with Patricia was/is a very positive one. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. She worked very hard to get me the best policy and coverage for the best price. She researched many different options for me and explained each in great detail. Her follow up was/is super quick, and she made sure to answer all of my questions so I could make the appropriate decision regarding coverage. I even had questions after her working hours, emailed her expecting a response during her next working day, but was pleasantly surprised to receive her responses and help immediately!
