Holli is great to deal with. I deal with agents and insurance company's every day for work. Not all but most drag feet or are impossible to get on the phone in a timely fashion. Holli makes insurance easy.

Joke of a company. I've insured with them for 17 years. Had 2 claims 1 from tree blowing my power out for a week. 1 car fire that replaced tools ect in 17 years. They kicked me off the policy

Good luck with these people. They are snarky, marginally competent, and while they have a full staff in the office. Never - EVER has anyone been able to resolve my challenge without a callback. Even now, I attempted to cancel all of my policies and move to another provider a week ago. Still not done!?! You can do MUCH better in town.

Lauren has been a crucial help in the successful start of my business. Very fast responses and always patient with my lack of knowledge in insurances and always has an answer for my questions. I'd leave more than 5 stars if it was an option.
