I own a mortgage company in Oregon, and often when insurance needs come up, we rely on our insurance partners to act swiftly. This Mitch Ratzlaff’s State Farm office, Maryann in particular, truly provided amazing service. I needed fast action and not only did she help every step of the way - but she followed up from home "that evening" to make sure everything was resolved on the mortgage side. Very impressive! Truly an asset!

I recently bought a new rig and Darci was so helpful getting me the best and most affordable policy. She also called back after we got off the phone as she notice minor details that weren’t matching up. Little things like that go only way. The fact that she reviewed my profile even after our call ended and her attention to detail - phenomenal customer service!
