It is total bullshit how State Farm has handled my home coverage. My father and family have be customers of yours for ever. This home has been insured by you for ever. My father had the cabin in a Trust for years with no issues. As my family, father and brother have passed, I am the sole owner. I had a lawyer put my assets into a trust in my name. I was lead to believe everything was to be fine and not to worry as you canceled my insurance with NO notification. As I contacted other insurance companies, they say there is no issue with insuring a home in a Trust. You and your underwriters are horrible and believe me the entire county will be aware of the POOR quality of service and lack of communication from Mitch Phillips State Farm Insurance.

Melissa helped me get insurance on my house when no one else could. And, she did it with a friendly attitude. I would 1,000% work with her again.
