My previous insurance company kept creeping higher and higher, over the last several years it had doubled. Even though I have zero accidents, zero traffic violations, nothing had changed except the cost of my insurance getter higher. So I started price shopping, a family member told me about the deal they got with State Farm so I called them first. Phenomenal Agent. Professional, super nice, quoted me a price I couldn't pass up. About a third of what I had been paying. Now thats service.

Misty and her team are excellent, and I’ve never had any issues! They treat you like you’re their family, and ensure you that you’re not gonna over-pay on your insurances! The whole team is kind and is always understanding if something comes up, cause ya know life is hard sometimes. Misty Allen is without a doubt the best insurance agent I have ever done business with. I made a claim for my roof and it was so easy to work with state farm. The adjuster was great to work with. I found additional water damage that I didn't notice at first and when I reported it to the adjuster it was taken care of the same day. If I had a question and had to leave a message, I didn't have to wait long before I got a call back. I mean within minutes. I highly recommend Misty Allen, state farm office on 1st Avenue in Cleveland TN. For all your insurance needs. Did I mention the rates were the best out of two other places I checked. I have been insured with Misty Allen State Farm for a couple of years now and they are great. They were very helpful in setting up my policies and keeping me informed on any changes coming so that I would be aware and also have time to review. I had a car accident and while the accident wasn’t my fault and was the responsibility of the other driver and their insurance, Misty’s staff was very helpful and made sure to help me navigate getting the state form submitted as well as contacting and dealing with the other driver’s insurance company. I appreciate having someone local that can help me with my insurance needs.

We are new home owners in Ocoee and found Misty Allen office for our new home. The service was professional, efficient and friendly. Today we moved our auto policy to State Farm and the process with Marj could not have been easier and was actually FUN not usually a word describing the insurance purchase process.
