I have been an agent for Missouri Farm & Home for the past 2 years. This company has been so helpful in helping my agency supply insurance for my clients. They always answer the phone and emails promptly. If I have concerns or questions they are readily available to walk me through or get back with me on what the answer to my question is. We appreciate their smiling faces and everything they do for us. This insurance company is not only great for Richmond and the surrounding areas, but for the entire state of Missouri.
This insurance company has been the best! Easy to deal with and they cover your home/farm with assurance you are covered! I highly recommend them!!!
Worst company ever used them for 18 years and Butch snaked around our roof and sewer claims. Never covered anything. Switched to AAA.
Called last week to get car insurance.... No one has called me back. So I guess that is a NO go.
