Every time I call for anything, Kelly has more than exceeded my expectations and if not known the answer, gotten back to me the next day at most with the answer. She takes the time to make you feel like you are important instead of just business. Farm Bureau as a company has given me hassle free service for several years and several agents. I shop my rates and only 1 independent has came close to the same price. There really just isn't good that I can say about my experiences with them through the years.
