Raphael Lima is the best at the Mirante Agency. He is so helpful. Every time I send him a message he responds right away. He makes my life so much easier. Thank you for all your help. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

This is the worse they over charge for everything they tell you one thing at the beginning and is something extra at the end, I got my car registration with them because I can’t get a appointment at dmv it was to far away so they get it sooner so they told me a price and when I got there to get the plates it was like 200 more and they can’t really explain why, so I sold the car a year later and I can’t cancel it because for some reason the information was incorrect so I go back to them and they charge me 50 for it, and they can’t explain why if all the paperwork is on my name I can’t cancel it so my guess is they do this on purpose so they can charge you for something the is totally free on the website of the dmv I will never go back to this place and I told people the I know no to go ther

A few months ago I moved all of my insurance policies to Mirante Agency, and it was the best move I made. Catia Da Silva has done a fabulous job taking great care of my business policies, her office staff are very efficient and caring...I'm very satisfied and would recommend Mirante Agency to anyone who is looking for an insurance agency. I am very, very satisfied!

So professional. Such fast phone service and communication is always clear and precise. Demerson is always so helpful with any questions/concerns regarding my policy, but the rest of the staff is also very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Nice to your face and then scam you in the end! My husband and I were being charged $120 MORE than our new insurance policy WITH the same coverage! Good luck finding someone who speaks ENGLISH and is able to look your policy up correctly when you question them about it!
