MN Insurance Group has now helped me with my business CGL coverage that includes multiple locations in different states. Dawn and Kristine are both very available, supportive and efficient! They asked the right questions to understand all of my circumstances and potential incidentals. They got me the coverage I was looking for at a great price! It is so nice to know that as I expand my company I can easily reach out to them and have my needs met without any stress! Can't speak highly enough of this business for all of your insurance needs!

I have been really impressed with Dawn and her team at MN Insurance Group. They took time to understand our business and taught me a lot about insurance in the process - what coverage we need, what we don't need and what is merely nice to have. They did a complete overhaul of our business policies and, in the process, got us better, more comprehensive coverage while saving us money in the process. MIG has consistently and proactively watched our coverage and policies. When better opportunities arise or changes in our business require different kinds of coverage they seem to have good answers quickly. They are also an absolute joy to work with. I am overjoyed with the service that every single agent has given me at MN Insurance Group. They went to bat for me, they were able to help with find ways to get everything I needed, they were helpful even when it was 5pm and I needed to get my commercial policy wrapped up to get my vehicles moving! I will recommend to everyone I know because this agency truly cares about their customers. I consider them to be partners in my business and I trust them with my personal life as well! There is not one place out there that has gone to the lengths that they have, and I will never forget that! Thank you to all you guys!!

They were quick to sign me up for insurance. My original agent Peg was great. I was not informed that Peg had moved on and I had a new agent. This person never called or checked in. When I needed help, I made 6 phone calls over 5 days with no return phone call. When they finally returned my call, I had already signed up with a new insurance company. Customer service is important to me and I didn't get that here.Even if an agent is out or unavailable for some reason, it would have been nice for someone in the company to acknowledge that and let me know. I would have been patient. Ghosting a customer is unacceptable.

I recently changed my homeowners and auto insurance policies to MN Insurance Group. My experience working with this company was amazing! I had so many questions and can honestly say that they have all been answered. From different insurance coverages offered to billing options, they covered it all.
