Great company! I recently got my auto, renters, and business insurance through Rick Millham, and the experience was smooth, easy, and affordable. tldr; extremely high premiums, obsolete technology, dishonest business practices, gross incompetence, and egregious errors that cost me tens of thousands of dollars. After several years too long, I am finally out from under the thumb of Millham Companies' horrific service and outrageous premiums. If you are in a transportation or trucking-adjacent industry, it is IMPERATIVE that you shop elsewhere. First of all, I was massively overpaying my premiums. My commercial auto policy by itself probably kept the lights on in this place. The final straw for me, was a 40-50% increase (!!!!!!) on my renewal for my commercial auto policy, for absolutely no reason other than "inflation".
