Millennium Abstract Corporation

Based on my experience, Millennium Abstract is an incompetent title company. I would definitely avoid if at all possible. They take weeks to respond to simple questions, even after multiple follow-ups, and are generally very difficult and frustrating to work with.

It appears this title company closes files without proper authorization to clear title. Never researches liens. Releases liens without proper authorization. Scary. Just waiting for a title claim. Think twice if your buying a property insured by this title company.
