I rarely write reviews, but I want to take a moment to thank Ashley Tavares Castillo for her outstanding service with my condo and car insurance. She was incredibly persistent, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to assist me. Ashley made phone calls, sent emails, and explored every possible option to make sure I was taken care of. Her dedication really stood out, especially after I visited another agency in Lawrence the same day, where I was simply told they didn’t know how to handle home insurance and just offer a number to call. Ashley, on the other hand, asked questions, tried different approaches, and never gave up until she found a solution. Thank you so much, Ashley. You were amazing! – Patricia Vasquez

Disrespectful- told me mom since she didn’t understand she had to pass by the office instead of explaining one more time, very disrespectful!!

This insurer is refusing to cancel our policy without a 2a form which is obsolete. Reporting to the division of insurance.

I did my whole transaction at the Methuen office with Bella. She was amazing and very helpful. She got me set up with insurance no problem. All the trouble and terrible experience started when she told me to go to the Lawrence office to get my car registered and to pick up new plates. When I get there one of the girls tell me I need to get the signature of the dealer where I bought the car. Which was fine he was only down the street. I come back with what she asked for to only get completely LIED too! She told me there was no more registrations and that they had to call the RMV and it was going to take 2 hours. I told her that’s fine I would wait! She started switching up now saying they don’t have plates now and it will take 2 hours to get some. She told me to just go to the RMV. Everyone
