Milestone Medicare

I contacted Milestone Medicare to assist with my journey to Medicare. I wanted to meet with Chris, it ended up I met with Rebecca. The 1st couple times we were compatible. However my last conversation with her did not go well, my sensitivity led to a misunderstanding and thus ended on a sour note. I attempted to apologize and it ended abruptly. I did try but it ended cold no return call back. I have struggled with the whole Medicare process. I have finally found an Insurance broker and she clearly wanted my business. We definitely have a better working relationship. She has been awesome. I think Milestone has too many clients to help thus you are a number. You will not like my review but one thing for sure having been in Healthcare I have admitted when I am wrong and worked to rebui

Milestone Medicare has been helping my husband and I for the past three years. From signing my husband up for medicare, to helping both of us choose the right Medicare Advantage Plan every year. We are always shown many different plans and are able to choose the right plan for our needs with absolutely no pressure to pick one plan over another!! I would highly recommend Milestone Medicare!!

I have attended informational meetings that Milestone Medicare has provided since I retired. I feel Chris found the right Advantage plan for me and we review it yearly. He also helped me get the right plan for my mother. Becca also helped me when I had a question about my mother's plan. I have referred a friend and have much trust in this service. Medicare insurance can be confusing so I appreciate the help!

Becca is absolutely the best. She was so helpful, willing to clarify every question we had and responded quickly when we needed to leave a message. She has made the whole process much easier to navigate. In addition, Becca followed up with us after our enrollment had started to clarify yet another question. We have been customers at Milestone Medicare for three years. The staff are very friendly and are willing to sit down and review everything with you, so you can make an informed decision. If any questions arise during the year, we are able to contact Milestone and get answers.
