My bill kept creeping up slowly over the course of 4 months, loyalty discount eh? When I added a new car, I was quoted a price (and was told it would be that exact price the day I activated it) and when my bill showed up, it was considerably more! Then when I finally sold that car and removed it from my insurance, they charged me MORE than it was before!! I had to call and get 'credit' back as they fought me on just refunding the money. 2 months go by and my insurance goes up 130%! The last straw for them, I called and attempted to cancel my insurance and the lady REFUSED to cancel my insurance unless I got insurance with someone else (which is illegal) so I just went with someone else (wawanesa). I have always had such a good experience dealing with Mike and his team. I got my renters insurance through them so quickly and easily. I didn't even need to show up to the office. As a college student, I appreciate reasonable prices and that is another thing I found here.
