I have been with the Petronella State Farm office for over 30 years. Mike has always been there for my family. Mike, Nadia and Ashley are knowledge, patient and professional. Ashley is amazing. Ashley addresses any concern or question I may have in record time. Anytime I call Ashley she is available and gets the job done!!!
I’ve never had an issue with the agents themselves but the lack of communication that their secretary has is awful. There is no sense of organization or understanding. I’ve never had a problem until recently, and I don’t find their customer service as good quality. Also they definitely need someone bilingual for Spanish speaking customers.
Laura and Nadia has been a awesome help with all my auto insurance as well as my home owners. I have been using State Farm with Mike P. For over 10 years.
