Mike Orn - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with Mike Orn State Farm for about a year, and every single interaction I have with their customer service team has been phenomenal. I can expect that whenever I give them a call, my issue will be resolved. Just recently I called to have an issue with my renter's insurance resolved and was helped by Brianna. She was extremely patient and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. She also made me feel as if I was apart of the Mike Orn family itself! I could not be more thankful to the Mike Orn family and the great work they do. Also, if you have the chance to work with Brianna, be prepared to receive the best customer service of your life!

My family has been working with Mike for quite a few years and have always been satisfied with the entire staff. We’ve had a few interactions with Alex lately and feel he has gone out of his way to serve our family with recent car changes. He has a kind, professional demeanor.
