Mike Meyers - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had Insurance through State Farm for 3 1/2 years now and just added a new vehicle to our policy and I spoke with Brena at Mike Myers State Farm in Bay St. Louis and she was such a big help very professional and they are always trying to find the best quote!!!!

Kristie is Awesome!!!! I have had a problem with a technical issue regarding the app. I had other people look into it and had made NUMEROUS phone calls myself. Kristie checked into my policy, made sure it was correct, then started on the app. We are still waiting for I.T. to do their part, but she keeps me updated. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!@@

Aimee is the best agent ever. I had my first accident and she personally got the adjusters to streamline my claim! I was just looking for a real person to answer the phone and I received so much more. During Covid when the vaccines were hard to get they even made an appointment for us on that! No better agency than Mike Meyers and our agent and Raquel too.

I phoned State Farm to get a BETTER and CHEAPER renters quote. Wow, I happened to speak with Jayden who walked me from A-Z through the different policy's and all documents ie.. quotes, coverages, premiums, ect. We discussed what policy would best fit my needs and pockets. He was very mannerable, polite, and knowledgeable in understanding what I was looking for. He explained everything in layman terms to my understanding although, I'm familiar with insurance however, he signed me up with an awesome blessing I just couldn't refuse. The increased amount of coverage I added as well as the premium and coverage was much less and the time spent was not long. Jayden provided me with much support and help in processing my policy. Great place to go for reasonable insurance, especially for full coverage. Due to having the privilege of being involved in a family plan, there's plenty of discounts like Drive Safe and Save. The workers there are enjoyable to conversate with and share stories with as you go about your insurance business.
