Mike Menchaca - COUNTRY Financial Agent

I've been with Mike Menchaca for a very long time now. He's the best around. We have our life insurance, home insurance, camper insurance, car insurance, and golf cart insured, all under Country Financial. He makes sure we have the best, affordable insurance around. Country Financial and Mike are amazing at communication; if you need anything, you can always text or call and get an answer right away! When we had a deal with a hit-and-run, I texted, and he called back immediately and dealt with it for me, so I didn't even have to do anything. I cannot say enough about Mike and Country Financial! I always refer all my friends and family to him!

I've been with Mike for almost 10 years now because he's easy to work with and fair. He has always taken my calls and texts which makes communication easy. I don't file many claims but whenever I've needed his help he's been there. In the last few months he's helped me get my rates lowered, towed off the side of a country road, and a new windshield in one of my cars, so I owe him this review. Thank you, Mike!

He has owed my mom 2 checks for overpayment for 10 months. Promised to drop them off 3 times himself and has not and now keeps canceling on her ! I cannot believe the bull that he has been putting her through! I would never recommend him to anyone if you want an honest person! And everytime she says she will pick it up from him he claims he’s not in the office ! Said he would drop the checks off today after he met with a client and then told her he wasn’t at the office anymore and he would mail them (he’s “mailed” them probably six times now and they’ve never shown up)

Make sure you do all your conversions in email so he can't come back and hide behind his verbal word. He says he wants to be there for you, but he is possibly the most unorganized person I've ever done business with. He hides behind his secretary and lies that he isnt in the office. I racked up over 3 grand in storage fees after my truck was stolen because Mike told me that it would be no problem to get my claim to go through. We had asked Mike to price check dropping my truck insurance off full coverage awhile back and after it was switched to liability only, we had a verbal conversation to keep it on full coverage because it wasn't going to save us much.
