Mike McKennon - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had my insurance with Mike Mckennon state farm for years. I have seen nothing but the best customer service from everyone who works there. They have gone above and beyond in anything i’ve ever needed help with and have made sure I feel like part of their family. They truthfully deserve all the good energy and all the support because they are doing the lords work right here at your neighborhood state farm! They are professional, kind, caring, and there when you need them!

While traveling near Monticello my mother had a blowout on hwy 84. She called me to see if I could help. After calling tire shops and auto shops nearby as a last resort I posted on Facebook to see if anyone nearby could help. Keep in mind we are not State Farm customers. Mike Mckennon was tagged through a mutual friend. He made a phone call and within 45 minutes someone from a local shop showed up and had mom on the road. Again we aren't customers of his. In a world where you are just a number, Mike McKennon stands out. Thanks Mike!

State Farm in Monticello, MS. has the worse customer service. I think they believe they're at home doing a job. Workers on the job keeping their baby and then have the nerve to be rude and hang up on someone when they don't even understand the billing system themselves. I was going to move my business somewhere else, but not until I'm ready to do so. It wasn't like that when Mr. Fred Burdine was there, everyone was very professional and even if you disagreed it was okay, you still were able to respect each other. It's just a mad house in there, it's like they are waiting for havoc to come to see who they can be rude to. But I give back the energy they give to me! I'm paying for insurance, I very rarely use and it goes up every time you look at a bill, so I'm not going to be putting up wit

Our air condition unit got struck by lightening and Mike McKennon was on top of it!! He had a guy out to our house ASAP and everything was a breeze. Thanks for saving us in the middle of summer Mike!
