We switched two months ago from State Farm due to poor communication and customer service. Our experience has not been any better with this company. We just today received our hard copy Policies and Insurance cards. Is 2 months a normal waiting time to receive policies and cards?We have requested these and been told by Sarah that she would get right on it. We have left several phone messages ( not returned) and made office visits to request them. We received them today from Shannon not Sarah. Thank you Shannon for picking up the dropped ball.

Mike Keith is a wonderful person and always has the customers best interest in mind, I have been with Mike Keith Insurance for 12 years and they have covered all my insurance needs from home to auto and renters to recreational. I have always had a great experience. A HUGE rave to Nickie Hamilton and Marsha Cook. If you are looking for Insurance look no further. Mike Keith Insurance is your one stop shop!!!

They do everything they possibly can to NOT pay out when you have major damages to your property or appliances. They denied my claim on my AC unit claiming it was “caused by water damage” which is untrue, because it stopped working in the summer LONG before I had any kind of water damage in my house. These people are ridiculous and do not care about helping you or your family but god forbid if you don’t make your monthly payments! I’m canceling them as soon as I find a halfway decent insurance company.

Martha at Mike Keith helped us get our sons anaethesia bill covered after United Healthcare wanted to deny it. She went above and beyond, made numerous phone calls and kept us updated the whole time. She truly cares about her customers. Great customer service!!!!
