Mike Jones - State Farm Insurance Agent

If I can give Mr. Mike 0 stars I would. His customer services skills are horrible. I didn't understand what was being explained therefore I asked him to explain it again he began to laugh. I explained how rude that was he didn't like it and said "well you need to figure it out in your own head" He became condescending and dismissive. It seems Mr. Mike only provides great care for those who have been with him over 10yrs or he has an issue with younger clients. Not to mention this was my 1st interaction with Mr. Mike.

MIKE JONES Is an ambassador of service! Not to mention he is extremely (lnimitable) Can't be copied! Keep up the great work.

I have been a customer of Mike Jones at State Farm for well over 10 years. Recently, I had an issue with my mortgage company that required immediate attention from Mike Jones' office. My initial communication with his associate, Justin (with a very long email address...lol), got off to a rough start. However, by the end of our conversation, Justin went above and beyond to provide excellent service, ensuring that my issue with the mortgage company was resolved and that I had nothing to worry about.

Update. Mike's customer service skills are trash. I have a new vehicle that I had no trouble with adding onto my policy. However, Mike mentioned he would email my new quote and it never came. When I reached out to Mike for an understanding on why my bill was MORE than my quote, he mentioned he would call me back but never did. When I reached out again 1 week later, he stated "you need to be more proactive with your life and look at the app for this information. Instead of calling me." Incredibly rude and disrespectful. Find another agent to spend your money and time with, if you're considering reaching out to him Both Mike and Teri are super helpful and responsive!

I have been a customer of Mike Jones for over 20 years. He always makes sure I am advised when I getting close to my due dates (so grateful) for his services and he offers the best company packages for home, auto, and investment properties! Great service team and awesome leader!
