I signed up for a State Farm auto policy online and was never able to achieve reliable communication with this office. The agent on paper was Mike Heyl but he never responded to emails. I'm glad I never had to make a claim as simple communications with their office would take weeks (if receiving a response at all). UPDATE: I appreciate Mike's reply below and am sorry to hear about Jody's passing.
