I agree with Kristin French. Mike Clancy enjoys his agency’s bottom line. We have homeowners and car insurance at this local office. Good luck getting a return phone call from Mike. He pretends to be your best friend once removed. His yes sir agents working for Mike may call you back instead. Truth is his office found a way to pay zero for our valid homeowners mold claim. We got to pay the entire bill. Bill to remove mold under our home was about 7 grand. Mike Clancy’s office pretended the mold was preexisting when home was purchased. He also made it so we cannot switch away from his office til March 2029 due to us filing this claim.
