Let me start by saying...Kathy Messick is the GOAT! I am so grateful for her persistence in trying to reach out to me to help save me money on my car insurance. I know that sounds like a commercial, but she actually went above and beyond in trying to reach out to me via email for over a month. When I was finally able to connect with her she was patient, very personable, and showed she could/would be a great advocate for all new and existing State Farm customers. I was blown away by her professionalism and customer service. She was genuinely interested in helping me and it was "easy" conversation, not forced, rehearsed or strained. My agent and the entire staff are always professional, pleasant, and willing to support when I contact the office. Several times I had a request and it was handled in less than 24 hours!! I am pleased with the service I get from State Farm. I am a totally satisfied customer. The cost of my policy actually went down! I am thrilled about that as well!

Recently I purchased a new car and needed to update my insurance. First, I called the office and, to my surprise, I was speaking to a former coworker. As she has always been, Kelli was very pleasant. I decided to go in the office to complete my transaction and I also met the other office person (Michelle?? sorry, forgot your name), and Mike. They were both very nice as well. When Mike took over Greg Mossman's clients I was concerned since I had been with Greg about 45 years. Greg always took care of me and my parents and, after meeting Mike, I know he will continue to do the same. I look forward to continuing my business with Mike and his staff.
