My primary contact in Charlotte Beal in the Wasilla office and she is amazing. She is patient with my unending questions and explains everything so I can understand it clearly. Everyone I've talked to here has been polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Recently Katie reached out to me to discuss my policies and make sure everything was up to date. Katie took the time to take me through each of my policies and explain what I had as well as what I might consider changing, but I never felt pressured to add coverage. She even spent some time at the end to explain the different life policies that are available and how to make use of them, still without trying to convince me that I needed one. One of the most educational phone calls I've ever had.

Unfortunately, my experience with John at State Farm was disappointing. From the beginning, there was a clear lack of knowledge about policy details and procedures, which made it hard to trust the guidance I was getting. On top of that, communication was frustrating — responses were slow or didn’t come at all, even when I had urgent questions. What made it worse was the overall lack of basic customer service. I wasn’t treated like a valued client, and getting help felt like pulling teeth. I chose State Farm because they’re known for offering excellent insurance, but the experience I had with this agent fell way short of what I expected. If you’re considering State Farm, I’d recommend the company — just choose a different agent who takes their role and your time seriously.
