Mike Contreras - State Farm Insurance Agent

I had a confusing and unprofessional experience with this State Farm agent. I was trying to get auto insurance for myself. After some back and forth, the agent told me: “Sorry, Jordan. I just found out that our underwriting guidelines have changed and we are not able to exclude a domestic partner or spouse from your coverages so currently you are not eligible for auto at State Farm.” After he said that, I asked follow-up questions and made a couple comments, including whether I could simply get insurance without my girlfriend involved at all, since I am not married and I was not even insured with State Farm yet. Celia Luna was so sweet and very kind when she called to let me know about important information regarding my car insurance policy! Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had yet, when it comes to insurance companies!
