Mike Caruso - State Farm Insurance Agent

Mike and Chelsea are awesome, and they are genuinely very nice people. They are always friendly and helpful with anything I've ever needed. Chelsea went out of her way to help me with a claim. They're so pleasant to talk to that I almost enjoy paying my bill. They feel more like friends than insurance reps. Highly recommend these two.

I have been with State Farm since 1985, Homeowners as well as auto/motorcycle. They consistently provide good service at a reasonable rate. Mike Caruso's team, especially Chelsea Lee, is courteous, timely and accurate. Highly recommended.

I have had mixed experiences with this agent. A few years back, the service was good. In the past year or so, the service has severely declined. On my last few claims that span across a year, I have struggled to get timely responses from this agent. The main customer service line tried to help by calling and submitting requests to the agent on my behalf with little luck on their end as well. I have actually heard this same sentiment from others I know who also have this agent. On my last call, we weighed whether it would be faster to just switch agents in order to get a response to a simple question. We have since switched agents and are now receiving much more timely service elsewhere.

Chelsea is very good at her job excellent service, and also was very helpful in the process I am not very good with computers. She assured me that she would do everything to help me get through the process and also letting me know step by step and also saving online car insurance as well is my homeowners very good job thank you very much Marie Verret
