Mike Arcentales: Allstate Insurance

If you are looking for a dedicated team that work for you and provides great service, seek elsewhere. Every time I reach out to this office, Lidia "office manager" does not assist. She always refers me to speak to the carrier directly. I mean what is the point of having a local agent when they are not there to help with the policy. They are more than ready to get the policy but are unwilling to do service it after the fact. One should not have to chase down their agent when needing assistance with their policy. Very disappointing!!!!!

I was about to pay $280 to direct auto for the 8th month in a row and in December when I was browsing Allstate said call back in January and sure enough! I lease my car so I needed full coverage, have tickets and need the whole shabang ! And I am only paying $169 now!!!! Can you believe that! I legit cried for the savings I saved today and future savings I will have for myself now

Lidia Placenia is awesome!!!! She has been incredible in helping me with my car insurance. I’ve had a very complex situations. Lidia made everything incredibly easy. She took on all ownership of making sure my auto Insurance was proper for my specific needs and went above and beyond her role in helping me. I am grateful for her. I have implicit trust in Lidia at Mike Arcentales Office because she handles me with deep respect and honesty. It’s a rare thing these days. She even went out of her way to offer me a discount and the best prices. I cannot say enough about her professionalism. I really lucked out. Thank you, LIDIA!

I had our car shipped to Bonita Springs where we have a home and another car and I wanted to add this car to our Allstate agent Mike Arcentales. I had no idea how to go about it but I had a wonderful agent, Jason Hernandez, walk me through the whole process and it was so easy with his help. He is really an asset to Mike's company and I hope Mike gets to read this survey on Jason. He was friendly, professional and so easy to communicate with.
