First time I ever physically went to the office was to inquire about vehicle insurance a few weeks ago. Everyone was so personable and helpful. When I was finished with my business, in the parking lot, Miguel was leaving for the day and stopped his truck while passing by just to ask if we were taken care of by his staff, and had a full blown conversation about my personal life. I cannot explain how that made an impression on me. He is a stand up guy that really seems to care about his customers. Really great place over all. (Even though I still think insurance in general is a scam......😓)

My experience with Miguel has fallen way behind in his efforts to accommodate a simple request of a return call. I chose Allstate when Randy Holland was the agent which he was always there to respond to any questions, etc that we had but at this point my experience with Miguel is aggravation and failure from him to take care of a customer's needs. My husband and I keep trying to speak with him with no success in receiving a return call. His staff that used to be there was very efficient but she is no longer with the agent and I can understand why!! I have a cracked windshield that I need to talk with the agent about but the time it is taking to contact our agent the crack just keeps getting bigger while we wait on a response back from the agent since he's never in the office to speak to

Miguel and his team go above and beyond for their customers. They are also very aggressive on pricing and will put in the work to get you the best rate. Happy to have made the switch to such a good agent.

It’s perfect! When we moved houses, all it took was a phone call for Miguel to switch things over. Then another phone call to set up a time to sign. Great friendly people greeting you as you walk into the door.
