I have a small trucking company, was insured by them. I’ve got a cargo claim, I have sent them all the paperwork right away, they was saying they are waiting for underwriter review for 3 months! I called them every week, they kept saying same thing! After 3 months they said underwriter was denied the claim, because my trailer was older than 10 years, despite the fact that not a word was saying about the age of trailers when I was paying 4000$ every month for the insurance! They are scammers!!!!
