If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. I reached out to VIckie Richards on November 17th to cancel policies… it’s February 2nd, and they’ll still active. I signed all of the documents so I’m not really sure why they didn’t handle their end, but it’s cost me too much money to recommend this brokerage. She also requested documentation of our new Dec pages to be able to cancel policies. After calling the company directly, I found out that was a lie.

Excellent customer care. Always polite and prompt. Prices will be comparable. I have been a customer for around a decade. I am leaving for Arkansas and wanted to share my experience. Thanks Cindy and Darlene!!!! Rick K.
