Well what they don’t tell you about the property they selling whoever is Phyllis Pelzer the agent for the house on McAlpine I was leaving work and stop by the family that’s there let me look in and that house is nowhere near worth no $44,000 the bathroom by kitchen the floor is sunken in and tearing up trust I took pictures they said it was okay also the bathroom in master bedroom keeps getting backed up won’t flush properly the owners won’t fix it also the deck is not stable there’s a hole under the kitchen sink The ceiling fan doesn’t work in the living room the front of the house have dirt cake up I’m posting pictures that the renters allow me to take.. it’s sad that the property owner is taking advantage of them and not fixing anything .. just trying to make quick money for a fixer up
