They didn't pay my water bill on time.. so they paid the LATE fee with my water bill escrow money.. Terrible

I was treated like I mattered, I felt great there and my grandson was also treated very well. We received whatever drinks and snacks we preferred, I said no that's fine (because I didn't want to make someone get up just for ME) but I was assured it wasn't a problem and didn't feel like we we're putting someone out of there way. I had use the facilities first, I said I'd wait and the group in the conference room politely insisted that my comfort was first!
