Michelle Wright Turner: Allstate Insurance

Michele had added someone to my policy that was not suppose to be on my policy. you think it would be an easy process, just get a refund for the amount over paid…but no. it took 3 months to get over 1k back to me. Michele would continuously say “I will call you by the end of the week, I will call you back later, I will call you tomorrow” and so on. NEVER heard from her once in the 3 months! Every single time I would call (at least twice a week) I would speak with Ashley(best person there). I would explain the situation to her and how Michele said she would contact me and still never has in 3 months. Ashley expressed she could see how many times I called with no return calls from Michele, and with multiple notes put in for a call back. Ashley expressed this is not the first time Michele has

Michelle Turner is the worst agent I have ever worked with. Failure to follow through caused my homeowners insurance to be cancelled!!! Then my auto insurance followed! No correspondence ever!! I had to call another allstate agent to help get the policy reinstated, which was jumping through hoops with a 3 day deadline that I never knew existed! She will never call you back. NEVER! The new allstate agent spoke with me more in 48 hours than Michelle did in 3 months. I cannot begin to express the amount of stress this has caused. She has been reported to the Maryland Insurance Administration.

All of my experience with Michelle has been good, starting with her internship with my employer in the 1990's. Since she took over at Allstate she has done everything she can to keep me happy as an Allstate client. I greatly appreciate her efforts.

I'm also thrilled with the fact my vehicle insurance has been reduced on several occasions due to our continued safe driving records.
