The battery in my car was dead when I sat in and tried to crank the engine. I called the office number I use when paying my monthly insurance bill, and your kind and compassionate representative Regina referred me to the roadside assistance number on my insurance card. I called the number and roadside assistance arrived in short order, jumping off my battery. I made it to the nearest Walmart where the auto service department replaced the car battery while I shopped, and I was home safe and sound before dark. This kind of superior service is why I chose State Farm, and it has lived up to my expectations in every way!
