I’m pretty disappointed after being a customer for years with this agency for my homeowners insurance. I called last year to inquire about insurance for my renovations company and decided to go a different route Because I was able to get it cheaper by $100 a month. I called back today to inquire on vehicle insurance through my renovations company if I bought a few fleet vehicles. Meline made a smart comment about her trying to quote my business insurance last year and I told her it was nothing against them. I just found a better deal then we went on to discuss the vehicle insurance and requirements, etc. because this would be something new to me when we ended the call she thought the phone hung up and she proceeded to talk to another coworker negatively about me not going with them last ye
