My experience with Michele as my American Family agent is exceptional! She gives my family her personal attention. She makes sure I have the appropriate amount of insurance for every type i carry and gives me the best value possible. I never have to deal with an operator or a machine. Every claim has been handled immediately!!! I feel like I am her only client! Her amazing staff compliments her business in every way. They know my insurance needs and always have my best interest in mind. Each member of Michele Hunleys team are extremely professional, personable, and very well trained to handle any situation I ever have. They even called me to wish me happy birthday. This agents office is the most friendly and easiest to deal with. I have dealt with American Family on purchasing new vehicles, a camper, Business Insurance and a couple of accidents. One was actually with a woman who we didn't hit as she was implying, she rolled back into us, our agent took the time to make a few phone calls and found out that this lady had been paid three other times by other insurance companies for the same accident most agents wouldn't have taken their time to dig deeper. We also had an incident where the farmer actually was using his sprayer and damaged the entire side of our camper and was trying to bully us by telling us that if we couldn't prove who was driving the sprayer we couldn't have a claim against them.
