Mr. Wold helped me get set up with an online account so that I could link up to the TING program. I told Michael Wold that if he had been the State Farm agent when I moved to Bonners Ferry in '97, I would have had a continuous account with State Farm for 50 years by now. So glad to be back with State Farm the past year and several months.

Michael and crew are very easy to work with. I deal quite a bit with Janet concerning work and personal policies and she always provides top notch service! I would give them 5 stars but State Farm corporate could definitely have done a better job regarding a collision claim we had a couple years ago, but all in all we are happy with the level of service this office provides for us.
