I had a terrible experience with this agency. Michael Schaffer was extremely unhelpful when I tried to cancel my insurance, refusing to provide clear guidance and making the process far more stressful than it needed to be. On top of that, he was rude and dismissive, showing no professionalism or care for customer service. I expected honesty and assistance, but instead I was left frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend working with Michael Schaffer or this agency to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service.
