This State Farm office is a complete nightmare to deal with. I recommend that you use another State Farm office in the upstate besides Michael Robson or go with a completely different insurance company. I originally called Michael Robson office to inquire about auto insurance about a vehicle I was thinking about purchasing. I wound up not purchasing that vehicle so there was no reason to take the Auto policy out. They will not cancel the policy, even though I have told them to, I have received emails text messages and letters in the mail all last week and this week saying that policy is getting ready to lapse which could result in my drivers license being revoked. If they do not fix this issue in their computer system, it will automatically have my license suspended, and my future premiums

George’s customer service is excellent and he was so helpful and was able to give me an amazing rate that is saving me almost $300 yearly on just my homeowners insurance. Please call George for all of your insurance needs!!!! He is very friendly and explains things in great detail
