When I first switched over it was for car, boat and home insurance- he was able to explain my coverages and tailor my policies to my needs.At my last annual coverage review, I also signed up for life insurance. Having an agent who really cares and takes the time to explain all the insurance jargon has helped put my mind at ease. Poor communication. This agent screens phone calls. He was dishonest about forwarding a bill to the claims department. I’ve had a horrible experience with this agent.
