We had State Farm insurance thru this office (first with Luke Perry and then Michael Ornelas) for over 20 years before leaving CA in 2022 and were consistently thrilled with the personable, professional and effective customer service and policy advice we received. Today, more than three years after leaving the state, I called to see if they would be able to locate appraisal documents associated with our former policy - not only did Frank remember us but he found the docs and had them emailed to me, almost immediately! Good Insurance Agencies do still exist, this office is the proof!
